Kimagure Orange Road: Summer's Beginning

OK. I admit I, at this point in time, have not seen any of the KOR series or other movies. So I think if I would have I would have gave this a higher rank! for those that have watched KOR then you should like this movie, if not then watch the series first! Don't do what I did! Anyways this is about a guy who gets hit by a car but instead of dying he's sent into the future and learns that he needs to find himself in order to get back. He meets all his friends ecept everyones about 4 years older. It seems like an OK story but its geared up in the romance genre. 9/28

TNA: Sacrifice 2008

Striaght up 4 stars!! Wow I was turly impressed with these matches! Just by watching a little more of TNA I've come to enjoy there syles. Aside from the silly characters such as Shark Boy, Curry man and the others some of the stars are pretty damn good! AJ Styles is a new favorite of mine and the members of LAX are just awesome! The women wrestlers, also known as The TNA Knockouts, are pretty dang good too! You should check out Awesome Kong! I belive she power-bombs 2 referees in this one! She aint pretty but she'll give ya a spinning back-hand to your face that'll knock your teeth out! These women really wrestle! Not like the WWE divas! Theyed knock the crap out of them! They got Gail Kim and O.D.B. I'll admit it took me a little while to wrap my head around some of the wrestlers but silly name or not these guys, and gals, can wrestle! oh yea the Terror dome match and the tag match at the begining are pretty awesome to. 9/17

TNA Wrestling: Final Resolution 2008

I gotta admit TNA is stepping it up a notch! Final Resolution was pretty good! In this one you get to see AJ styles and Kurt Angle. The TNA knockouts do another good job. The rest I wasn't too impressed with.

The One and Only

I'm rounding up for this movie, cause i want to give it a 2.25 or a 2.5 at the most. This movie is about an actor who wants to make it big! He can't find any jobs so he gets a job working as a Pro-Wrestler. He ends up loving it because it lets him flex his acting skills. In each new town he plays a different persona. Meanwhile his newly-wed wife is struggleing to live in a lifestyle shes not used to. She soon stops beliving in her man and they split up. Then he gets a chance to get her back but his love to perform pulls him away again. This movie has some of that sharp witty humor that was pretty abundant back in the day. It made me smile and chuckle once in awhile. Henry Winkler did a good job but all in all it is a bit slow moving and at times boring. Not enough "Laugh-out-loud", humor for me. Some of his characters he played in the ring were funny, like the hypnotist! But I wouldnt bother with this one unless you really like Henry Winkler.

TNA Wrestling: Destination X 2008

Another TNA awesome Dvd! The match I didnt like was the dudley boyz match which was a little humorus but just plain dumb. However the womens title match rocked! The main event with Samoa Joe was great as well! This is a good dvd to watch if you like TNA! 9/17

TNA Wrestling: Bound for Glory 2006

Although TNA lacks the arena flare that WWE has I was very impressed with Bound for Glory. In this DVD the very first match is awesome and although I didn't know about many of the storylines the rest of the matches were entertaining. This bound for glory is right after Kurt angle has joined TNA and is in a rivalship against Smoa Joe. The wrestling moves are awesome and the matches dont dissapoint! cant wait to watch more!--7/26

Ninja Cadets

I enjoyed this film but I wish there was more. I didnt know that the guy who made this and Tenchi died so i wouldnt have watched this if I had known there wasnt any more after it! Too bad. I could see were it could have went too. Oh Well. --7/19

TNA Wrestling: Genesis 2006

Heres my view on TNA. The shows are not as hollywood as WWE. In other words theres not alot of flash. It might be because they're intentionally trying not to have the same FEEL as WWE or they just suck at it, I dont know. I think they're going for more of a UFC kind of feel. One of the announcers I cant stand! He explains every little detail of the match in a very very annoying voice!You dont have to explain every little punch to us we arent stupid. The hexagonal ring is actually pretty cool. Most of the wrestlers are very good! They are all in decent shape and preform well in the ring. The storylines are so-so but many of the characters jump from being a babyface to a heel way to fast and way to many times. The older the wrestlers are the better preformers! Wrestlers like Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Christian Cage, Sting, and Booker T are all skilled in ring preformers and know how to make a match interresting. Many of the newer, younger wrestlers, although top athletes and very good wrestlers, just dont seem to sell the fight as much. When you wrestle you get tired, the punches and kicks wear you out and hurt after awhile. The younger guys are always at full throttle doing all these amazing moves all the time. That waters down the matches and doesnt make them as exciting as they should be. Thats just were I stand. Genesis 2006 is alright but I really only was interrested in the Christian Cage match and the Kurt Angle matches. All the others were OK but like I said a bit watered down.

WordWorld: Lucky Duck

For those who have Preschoolers this DVD is great. I resently had to watch younger nieces so I took them to a Red-Box and the youngest immediatly pointed out Word World. I never even heard of it before but she seemed to enjoy it. When we popped in to watch, she was glued to the TV and was calm and quite. Good enough more me! The show is quite educational which we all know is a bonus!

Frasier: Season 9

Well although I felt that this season is not as funny as the other season before its still quit humouros. In this season Daphen and Niles move in Daphens mother and do something at the end of the season that is a twist. Also romance and love are no longer in Ross's life or Fraiser's and their very close friendship wines up i jepordy. The funniest episodes in this season is a fill are, "Room Full of Heros", Blaz-Z-Boy", "Bully for Martin", "War of the Words", and "Frasier Has Spokane"
