This to me was quite a sad story. Or at least it struck me that way. Young girls that were mostly abused or worse with little or no hope of living were then taken in by their government and turned into cybernetic killers. That being said this was incredibly well done. Excellent animation,well written. It is one of the best Anime series i have seen in this vein ala Noir and Madlax. both of which are great. I guess the emotions or lack of in some respects in the case of the handlers and the girls is what really makes this series. I hoped this helped you Thank You
