what does everyone do with their anime when done watching.

Just wondering with all the vast amout of good anime out there and going on a splurge buying to keep up.What does everyone do if they complete an entire series?Do you keep the anime in your collection or sell to make room for new anime?

I have a pile of Anime stacked from the floor almost to the ceiling right next to the stack of dvd movies in my closet. I'm also starting a new pile of manga in plain site. I have a chair with about four three hundred dvd binders. Only one of those binders is Anime though. The others are full of movies. We did start a trading a selling group here though. That groups got a great picture of a collection for it's icon.

Good to know I am not the only one with alot of anime.I have been buying these big deep plastic containers at Big Lots and when I am done watching I place the watched shows in the container to make room for the new anime.I do try to get rid of anything I did regret buying because it was not as good as I thought it would be.Thanks for the heads up on the selling group on this site.

Sounds like your organized. Containers and shit. LoL I guess if I ever move I'm gonna have to figure out what to do with all of my books and dvds and music. Last time I moved that box was huge and it weighed hundreds of pounds.

thses big plastic containers are a 2 person lift when they are fully loaded or need to be carried on a 4 wheeled cart.I always hated moving.

ahahahahahahaha!! you're never done watching. ahahahahahahahaha!! but ya. actually it gets stored in one of our libraries either on selves, storage boxs, cd books, spindles, piles, drawers, chests, closets, cupboards, desks, under the bed(s), basically any where you can find space. our room looks literally looks like Yomiko Readman's from ROD. especially w/ money for bookmarks. hahaha. i cleaned up some. so some of it is off the floor, but i have piles of bags and stacks of manga on all my dressers reaching the ceiling. hahaha. funny thing is that i know where everything is.

I call that Pile art. LoL I'm actually really afraid of how quickly manga can pile up. I don't have a lot storage space, but I'm gonna start stuffing shit under my bed too. Good idea Merci. I just hate having to reach under my bed, you never what kind of boogieman lies in waiting.

pile art: when you stack so much anime and manga in a pile that you nor anyone who comes to witness its greatness can contemplate how it stands alone, without assistance, and towers in the awesomeness that is anime.

haha. but ya. best to put them in durable plastic bags first for easy pulling when storing under the bed. and that way they dont get dust bunnies. try trashbags. the good ones so you can use them again and again. i should take pictures of all the crap i have. but that would jsut be embarassing w/ all the anime paraphernalia lying around. tee hee hee.

I usually keep it filed away. Even if the anime is so-so, sometimes the cover art and/or music is good enough to justify the purchase and retension!!! I'm helping the sagging economy... man am I poor!

I keep them all, I'm like a pack rat. There on stands, dressers, on and around my desk! even those i don't have as much as u guys and girls have I'm starting to get there lol. Even if i really didn't like it that much i still keep them, maybe at a later date i might change my mind about them.

For me, I typically keep the ones that really move me. As for the others, I usually sell them on Amazon or Ebay....but its been really rare that I do that. I usually buy after I've watched the seried either online or via NF.
